Contest Rules
BC Injury Prevention Centre (BCIPC) contests are open to all residents of British Columbia except BCIPC employees. Once you have won a monthly prize you are not eligible to win again for thirty days. Once you have won a grand prize you are not eligible to win again in the same year. Once the winner's name is posted on the injuryfreezone.com, winners are to contact BCIPC within 90 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize within 90 days, another contest will be executed to determine an eligible winner. Prizes not picked-up within 90 days of being awarded are automatically placed back in prize circulation. The prize package must be accepted as awarded. No portion of the prize is transferable. The prize is not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of the prize is offered. Failure to comply with the stated rules of BCIPC contests will result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of the prize. The prizewinner must grant permission for BCIPC to use their name, picture and /or image for publicity and therefore waive all their associated rights. All dates and details of the contest prize are subject to rescheduling and/or cancellation at any time. BCIPC is not responsible for any damage, loss, inconvenience or injury incurred due to rescheduling, for any reason whatsoever. BCIPC expressly disclaim and shall be held free of all responsibility or liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or the neglect or default of any company or person providing any service for the event/contest, whether through providers negligence or otherwise, or due to epidemic, social or political or military disturbances, or due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the event/contest. BCIPC reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the event/contest at any time before its commencement and shall have no liability whatsoever. BCIPC retains the right, with no liability or responsibility to the prizewinner, to substitute, when expedient or necessary aircraft, airline, hotel destination or any component of the prize. BCIPC may cancel any event/contest directly related to the prize or the prizewinner's participation in it and to make such substitutions, alterations or cancellations at any time without any advance notice to, or approval of, or liability or responsibility to the prizewinner.
